Privacy Policy

Personal data are processed in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection Law and the Organizer’s Privacy Policy available on smoki.rs.

By participating in this contest, participants fully accept these Rules, agree that the Organizer may collect and process the personal data specified in these Rules, and confirm that they are familiar with the purpose of using and handling their personal data.

A participant who has given valid consent to data processing by participating in this contest may withdraw that consent at any time, in writing or orally for the record with the Organizer.

Participants agree that, if they become prize winners, the Organizer may, free of charge, use and publicly publish their personal data (name, surname, message/comment and other data made available by the participant/winner) in printed, audio and video materials for the purpose of publicly announcing the results of the Prize Contest, both when announcing winners and awarding prizes, and in reports, articles, digital posts or similar materials related to the Prize Contest.

At the Organizer’s request, the prize winner will also provide their consent in written form.

The Organizer will handle all personal data collected and processed during this Prize Contest with special care, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable Personal Data Protection Law and other relevant regulations.

The Organizer, as the controller of the collection of personal data of Prize Contest participants, collects, keeps, maintains and processes the collected personal data exclusively for the purpose of conducting the Prize Contest and for the Organizer’s promotional purposes, in accordance with these Rules.

A participant may withdraw the consent given at any time by sending a request to the Organizer’s e-mail address or registered office address, according to the contacts on the Organizer’s website.

The Organizer uses and processes only personal data provided by the participant, and the participant is solely responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the provided data and is obliged to inform the Organizer of any changes in a timely manner.

Participants have the right at any time to request information about their personal data processed by the Organizer or to request correction, cessation of use or deletion of their personal data, except in the case of processing for statistical purposes when the data no longer allow identification.

The participant is informed of and agrees to the possibility that the Organizer may perform all or certain activities related to personal data processing through processors in the EU or outside the EU (a natural or legal person processing personal data on behalf of the data controller). In doing so, the Organizer will carry out personal data transfer and processing activities lawfully and select a processor that meets all appropriate security standards guaranteeing a high level of personal data protection.

Personal data of participants and winners will also be processed in third countries. The Organizer guarantees that all necessary technical and organizational measures have been taken in accordance with the applicable regulations and personal data protection standards in order to ensure lawful processing and protection of all collected data.

The participant is aware of and expressly agrees that the Organizer may entrust individual tasks related to the processing of collected personal data to a contractual data processor, namely Agency New Direction d.o.o. Beograd, Đorđa Čutukovića 28b, 11080 Belgrade, Republic of Serbia, Registration No.: 201932108, Tax Identification No.: 113831497.

The contractual data processor may process personal data only within the scope of the authorization or instruction received from the Organizer, in accordance with applicable legislation and for the purpose of conducting the prize contest, in accordance with these Rules.
